Up now, at the Institute for Classical Education, the first installment in a monthly blog series on children's literature, with a particular focus on the idea of the virtue-centered curriculum. This month I'm writing about Rumer Godden's Miss Happiness and Miss Flower, a favorite read-aloud in our house for roughly the 7-11 age range.
Coming in November, thoughts about Eleanor Estes' The Middle Moffat, another favorite in our house.
This sounds like an awesome series!
ReplyDeleteHow cool!
ReplyDeleteMy kids really enjoy Rumer Godden.
She is the gold standard.
